Get Fruity:-)
have fruits in your diet at all times. eat a fresh slice for dessert, add it in your salad., or throw it in the blender for a fresh smoothie . to avoid oversupplying sugar in my body, i stick to fruits with low sugar content like melons, pears, apples, and papaya.
its cool and fresh in minutes, isn't it?

nung last na nag cleansing ako using this fruit-diet, grabe. sinumpa ko na.hehehe.. actually fault ko din kxe binigla ko tyan ko. ang sakit sa sikmura pag buong araw prutas lang kinakain mo.hehehe. pero this is a good diet. promise!
Yeah, I love fruits and vegetables.. I am doing detoxification now...
