Get Fruity:-)

have fruits in your diet at all times. eat a fresh slice for dessert, add it in your salad., or throw it in the blender for a fresh smoothie . to avoid oversupplying sugar in my body, i stick to fruits with low sugar content like melons, pears, apples, and papaya.
its cool and fresh in minutes, isn't it?

Bodybuilding

Bodybuilder - The funniest bloopers are right here

Q and A

Instruction: I will post the answer on my site, then i'll tell her what's the answer and i post another question for her and for other people that i tag but it has to be different question; and after that, i have to paste who asked(URL of their site should be linked with their name)
the question is: 'is it true that body builders get small penile size?
strange topic, lol
-bodybuilders like bodybuilding makes your pe***small; bodybuilders only eat, sleep and train; bodybuilders cant have proper sex; bodybuilders die young; bodybuilding is bad for ones heart, etc.
Thanks to lotis and darlene for this tag
So, now here is my question:would you rather be with someone you love or someone who loves you? now let me pass this to Jackie, Mariuca, cbenc12, Keeyit,

R and B And Soul Music

Matt and I just totally click. We're buddies, We just really geat along:We have great relationship that way.We used to go out for a drink in r and b. I'm not really clever in dancing, nah di jud kabalo hehehe Matt loves to dance all the time .Swerve, a cool and funky band played every saturday. They have both male and female lead vocalists and also has an extensive play list. They can respond to requests and change their set according to the guests mood, giving you and your guests the best evening possible.,. Indeed, the audience cheers and sings along with every singer. The band helps the singers get through the song when they’re unsure of where to stop, sing another chorus or when to go to a bridge. When the names are called out, the singers head up to the stage — sometimes alone, sometimes with a friend, or even a group. With printed lyrics on a music stand, each serenades the audience with tunes from the Beatles to Queen to Alanis Morrisette, and to the ever-popular karaoke staple, “I Will Survive,” by Gloria Gaynor. The audience is sympathetic with cheering encouragement for everyone, no matter how tone deaf the performer.
