Crazy talking pics.

(Not sure if this will work in Firefox)

As you my have noticed above is not a normal video it was a photo that I had stored on my PC I found some software on the net Called Crazy Talk 4.5 made by Reallusion it's really, really good you can get one of your normal photos talking as a real life aviator in minutes its really easy to use but has loads of features you can make your face happy, sad, angry, surprised etc and add teeth or new eyes and even change sutle little facial expressions and the lip syncing bit is really easy too you can use the voices that are on the software or record your own voice and it auto lip syncs your picture to the words, if you haven't yet click the little green play button above for an example.
So making the video from was the easy part getting on my blog was a lot harder it's easy to make the pic into AVI video and Windows Media Video and you can make e-cards and add it
to messenger and it also give you the HTML code to put in websites but the HTML code did not work in blogger so had to get a free hosting website got mine with 000webhost and put the HTML files on there then and to make a link from that website to Blogger bit of a pain in the Bum but got there in the end :-)
Only trouble is if your looking at this blog with a Firefox browser the video probably didn't work
hopefully if your using explorer it will have. I will have to try and find a fix for firefox. I think they have just released Talk 5 so hopfully they will make it easier to put in blogger and fix the firefox problem.

if you want a speaking aviator another choice is sitepal in my option it not as good as Crazy Talk
but is web based and is really easy to fit Into your blog.
and it does have very good lip syncing and loads of characters to choose from only problem is at the moment you can't add your own pictures.
here is an example of one of the SitePal Aviators

Neither Crazy talk or SitePal are that cheap however, Crazy talk is software to download and the cheapest version is $49.95 and for SitePal you have to pay monthly the cheapest is the bronze account is $9.95 a silver account

However a handy little tip is you can get a free basic account of SitePal if you sign up for a free Bravehost account which is great to get for free and fun to play with.

American Idol The New Season 7 Starts.

In a few days time Jan 16th Season 7 of American Idol starts as you can see from above me and Matt have decided to be contestants :-) I think one of us would have won it this year if it wasn't for the fact that nether of us are American!

Oh well guess its back to singing in the shower, looking forward to the new season I think the episodes at the start of the season with the auditions are the best ones you always get some of the weirdest people in the whole of the US that are completely tone deaf with some strange delusion that they are superstars.

For those of you that watched last years Season I sure you remember Jordin Sparks the winner of last years season she seemed very sweet and had a great voice, just a shame her album wasn't quite as good as she was on the show.

And Blake Lewis the beatboxer who came 2nd and has just released his album called Audio Daydream I have downloaded it but haven't really got round to listening to it properly yet, I loved his version of Jamiroquai's-Virtual Instanity on last years show.

So will be interesting to see what this years shows brings should bring a few laughs at the start of the season anyway.

Turning Over A New Leaf!!!

Maybe it's shouldn't only New Year that people think about changes that need to be made in there life, maybe its a good thing to do this all throughout the year, however maybe the new year is the time a lot of us reflect on how our lives are going.
Thanks again Marzie*wink*

*Start Copy Here*

When it comes to New Year’s Resolutions we seem to fall into four categories: 1) quite serious about them, 2) be flippant about them, 3) do it because we feel pressured to, or 4) do not do them. So, the purpose of this little game is to let us know which category you are in. Copy from “*Start Copy Here*” through “*End Copy Here*” and post it. Before "*End Copy Here*" tell us who you are, your site(s) (with link) and your New Year’s Resolution, or not.

Then tag as many others as you like, from one to your entire blogroll, your choice.

If you like, create an intro paragraph to your post that also acknowledges who tagged you.

NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS:

JulianaJuliana's Site - My New Year's resolutions are looking for a part time job, keep blogging, and learn to cook and bake.

Michelle - Rusin Roundup - 1. Learn to be happier and accept myself for who I am, 2. Is to lose about 25 lbs., and 3. Is to stop smoking.

Karen - Grow Rich Along With Me - My resolution for next year is to achieve $3K per month passive income by the end of 2008.

Mel - Attitude, the Ultimate Power & Complain Complain Complain - “I don’t need no stinking resolutions.” I never hold to them anyway so why frustrate myself by starting them now.

Sandee - Comedy Plus - I don't need no stinking resolutions either. Years and years ago I did them because everyone else did, but not once did I follow through. Why set yourself up for failure?

Lynda - lynda's loft - My resolution is to see resolve to that which needs resolution. Like Mel and Sandee, I feel that resolutions give us more stress, however, being a person who sets goals each year, isn't that the same thing as a resolution??? Goals vs. resolutions? Goals are more general and allow for more time to complete them, a resolution requires a mind-set and immediate action, which is not always feasible... Well, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it...

Amelia - Amel's Realm - This is a list of my New Year's Resolution:
1. Health: Continue exercising twice a week, eat enough veggies and fruit, have enough rest, take vitamin C regularly and women's multivitamin during my period.
2. Spiritual: Improve my Daily Bread reading routine and my prayer life and learn more from God's Word.
3. Financial: Continue to make money online (my goal is getting €100 per month at least), be more creative in writing posts, and save most of the money.
4. General Life: Continue to learn Finnish AND practice it as best and often as I can, try out more baking and cooking recipes, continue to maintain and share positive thoughts, continue to learn to control my thoughts, continue to learn to catch myself before I start complaining and count my blessings instead, continue to stop and cherish all the little moments in life that oftentimes go unnoticed, and continue to feed my inner child and last but not least, continue to ENJOY my life thoroughly.

Max - MAX - My New Year's resolutions are to dedicate more time to my friends; to finally be able to read "Der Spiegel" in German; to be calm when organizing my marriage; to go one last time to my favourite club and dance the night away; and continue to be happy!

Eric - Speedcat Hollydale - I love chicken. Problem is that I really never get to have enough chicken! My New Year's resolution is to enact "Chicken Tuesday". On this day I will eat only chicken, blog about chicken, and promote chickens all over the world. (hormone free) Join me, won't you?

Marzie - Mariuca & Mariuca's Perfume Gallery - My resolution for 2008 is to enjoy a healthier lifestyle and to expand my Perfume Collection.

Sindi- Life Is A Roller Coaster - My resolution is to complain less, pray more and be a little more thankful for what I have.
Judy - Sugar Queen's Dream
- My New Year's resolution is:
To take better care of my health.
To eat better, well at least 3 meals a day, I'm lucky these days if I stop for one meal a day....
To help make the world a better place to live, I love the human race, but think there’s always room for change.
To be generous until it hurts.
To live each day as if it's my last.
To make a book of our personal family recipes and traditions for each of my 3 my children, so that the traditions and family cooking can be passed on in my family line long after I'm gone and finally.......
To help more with the local Human society, Animals like little kids can not fend for themselves so it's up to each of us to take care of our pets and to step in and care for all animals.....
I hope that through me I can encourage my Children to be better adults and in turn to raise the Children they have or will have, to be good people with good, sound & solid values.... Peace!

Adrian - First Time Dad - My New Year’s Resolution for 2008 is to be a better father…now I don’t usually make New Year's resolutions because I never keep them but this one I better keep! Happy New Year to one and all!

Colin - Life - New Years Resolution? No way...Better to achieve more throughout the year rather than pander to the whims of a one day 'wishful thought'

Mauro - 1 Million Love Messages - My resolution for next year are: 1. Change my job (maybe work online). I'm really unhappy in the actual one. 2. Dedicate more time to my family and girlfriend... maybe start to get ready for our wedding :-) 3. Work hard in 1 Million Love Messages and reach 2500 Love messages (or more) in the end of 2008.

MidgetManOfSteel - Mental Poo - To get out of dealing with people who I have no desire in helping at the job I’m doing…catch the eye of someone who can see that I can write and be funny…and get my own ticket to happiness from my humor….and a Ferrari. While I’m doing this, I resolve to get a Ferrari.

Stacy - My Thoughts - My New Year’s Resolution for 2008 - Is to be more understanding to my children and to other people, Not to curse at others while I am driving, try to eat right and exercise, try to volunteer in my community, and to believe more in my spiritual side.

Jason - DatCurious.com & DatMoney.com - Although, I normally don't do New Year's Resolutions (because I find it as an excuse to actually do something I should've already been doing), this year I will plan on giving back to the blogging community, especially my audience. I'm not sure how I will do it yet, but I definitely will.

Kesa - Little Aussie Cynic - My New Years Resolution is the standard..... to finally get off the smokes and to loose 8kg.... both which are possible just difficult.....Happy New Year to you and yours….Aussie

Ann - A Nice Place in the Sun - "To let the rest of my life begin as soon as possible."

Trinity - Rooms of My Heart: My New Year's resolutions in simple and fast way will be blog less and spend more time with my children and read more good books. I want to start studying about global warming and blog it.

Zubli ZainordinA Total Blog - I do not have any new year resolution, since many years ago. Totally awesome still my total life is, as I experience real magic and enjoy mini miracles, while journeying in cycles, synchronicity, and flow. I praise The Lord.

Melody- Unchained Melody- My New Year resolution is , not to spend money more than we earn(well, i hope so lolz) and to appreciate things in life more:-)

Well, this is an open invite to everyone to do the tag:-)

The Little Girl In A Long Road Stardom

I have couple of choices when trying to pick the best singers in Philippines one of the best i could think of, is Jonalyn Viray who sung well, The Whitney Houston hit song, run to you.. ohhh I love it!!! I must admit that I had a hard time hitting the note on the bridge of the song, just too high to really sing it right, well I'm not giving up , at the moment im just practicing it over and over again..

One of the best rendition of whitney Houston songs I heard were sung by a little girl Charice Pempengco, in 2005 when she was just 12 years old in the little big superstar competition her performances were amazing she got such a soulful voice but unbelievably she only placed 3rd in the competition and was forgotten about by a lot of people.
But she did become very popular in Korea and now finally because of being found on you tube and appearing on the Ellen show in the US she was discovered internationally,.
Even now she is only 14 years old and Hopefully she is going to have a very long and very successful music carer ahead.
well this is worth watching..,have a take a look at this..

Happy New Year!!!

I hope everybody had a good new year, wishing everybody, the best of luck..hope everything goes well for everyone!!!

Coffee

Sinful Delights are totally addictive, but does your body appreciate them the way your taste buds do?
Coffee
Know more about your drink: Dr. Judith Reichman, best-selling author of various women's health books, gives some facts about our cup of joe.
*It's known as a mental stimulant
*It boosts energy levels and prevents sleepiness, as the body releases adrenaline when we take it in.
*It may also help burn calories.
But: If you drink more than two cups a day, you may face the following:
*PMS~While caffeine can decrease discomfort and that bloated feeling, it can cause a drop in blood sugar, which in effect aggravates PMS.
*Cancer~There is no concrete evidence that caffeine alone may cause cancer, but if you love to drink coffee and smoke at the same time, then beware.
Studies show that doing so may lead to cancer, particularly breast cancer.
*Too much caffeine may lead to bladder conditions, headaches, sleep problems and anxiety attacks.
How to deal:If you can't get rid of your fraps and espressos right away, try lessening your intake each day until you're used to drinking small amounts or none at all. Substitute coffee for something healthier~nothing could be better than water.

Westworld meets Jurassic Park this time for REAL!

Some of you have probably seen the 1973 film Westworld where there is an amusement park for rich vacationers and the park provides its customers a way to live out their fantasies through the use of robots, However, after a computer breakdown, they find the robots can't be shut down and start killing the guests.

And I'm sure most of you have seen the 1993 film Jurassic Park where Scientists clone dinosaurs to populate a theme park which then suffers a major security breakdown and the dinosaurs are released to make Dino dinner out of the parks visitors.

Well incredibly both of these concepts are going to put together in a REAL Theme Park called 'Restless Planet' that is Due to open in Dubai in spring 2008.
The $1 billion park is a 500,000 square foot recreation of our planet at a time when dinosaurs roamed and is complete with giant, animatronic robotic dinosaurs.
There will be more than 100 animatronic dinosaurs, like the T-Rex, the Velociraptors, and more gentle plant eaters like Triceratops and the gigantic Brontosaurus.”
Restless Planet offers the world’s ultimate theme ride back into the mists of time – through the state-of-the-art electronics of today.
The animatronic dinosaurs have been created by combining the latest scientific research and cutting edge design the Dino's will contain embedded potentiometers and motion sensors etc, apparently allowing the reptilian re-creations to follow visitors with their eyes, track specific colors of clothing, regulate their own movements, and even lunge at viewers.

Well lets just hope that the Real life Restless Planet does not meet the same fate of the fictional Westworld and Jurassic Park or a malfunctioning robotic T-Rex could start making Dino dinner of the real life visiters.
One thing is for sure the The Restless Planet dinosaur theme will be a giant step forward in Dubai's plans to be the top of the World's tourist destinations.

My Best Free Software Downlods

Here a few websites that offer great free software downloads that you might or might not already know but thought I would share them as they really have made using the Internet so much better and more fun for me to use.
I feel they are the exception to the rule that nothing good comes for free.

SKYPE

http://www.skype.com/
Allows you to connect with other users online to make free telephone calls.
with this you can make free voice and video calls to anyone with a PC and there are also super cheap and sometimes free calls to home phones.
I use skype all the time and because of it I don't feel the need to have a Landline anymore which saves me a lot of money each month and skype has helped me to stay in contact with my friends and family so thank you skype.

ARES
Ares is a free file sharing program that enables users to share and Download any digital file including images, audio, video, software, documents, etc.
Just when I was starting to lose hope in file sharing programs I found Ares, it's easy to use its fast and it works.

IZarc
IZArc is the ultimate freeware archive (zip) utility.
Just a small little bit of software but invaluable, when they say it's the ultimate freeware archive utility there not lying in my option its 10 times better then winzip easy to use and completely free.

AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition

AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition protects your computer from viruses and malicious programs it's easy to use and will not slow your system down to much like some viruses scanners do.
there are some people that say it's detection is not good enough but it has saved me from quite a few nasty viruses and it's free.

If you have your own favorite free software that you would like to let me know about that would be great.

I'm Yours - Jason Mraz not on any albums but wonderful.

I love this Jason Mraz song but strangely he never released the song on any albums,
So it's only available on the internet or if you ever go to any of his live concerts,
Apart from his wonderful voice one thing I love about Jason Mraz is he still does live concerts in really small venues to about 100 people sometimes, as well as concerts to thousands,
the merge of acoustic guitar and reggae is just perfect in this song I feel,
and this song really cheers me up if I'm feeling down.
So if you have never listened to it listen to it now, and if you have listen to it again :-)

A new Super Hero Batdog.

A new Super hero has emerged in the crime fighting world so bad guys beware and his name is

BATDOG

ohhh poor doggie the look on his face :-( he really does look as if he is saying "why are you doing this to me"

He could always stop the super Villains by just making them feel sorry for him or by making them roll around in laughter.

We watched Underdog at the movies a little while ago, I though it was quite a good film, it's always such a good excuse to say your just taking your kids to see a film when really you want to watch it yourself, maybe Batdog could be Underdogs sidekick.

How to get Lazy police there like a shot!

This newspaper article really made me laugh so please read it as I'm sure it will make you laugh too,

What a great way to deal with Lazy police, I find it so funny because my boyfriend Matt, had is old house broken into before and when the Police were rang they said they could not come until the next day,

The UK police have also said in the past that people breaking into your car and stealing things like the CD player is a (Non-reportable crime) how are they ever going to catch anyone if you can't even report it?.

Shopping Tips

Tag: Shopping Tips
I was tagged by Sting my new acquaintance, it's best shopping tips and with Christmas just aorund the corner hopefully they will come in handy so here it goes;

Start copy ~It’s very simple. When you receive this tag, copy the whole list and add your own shopping tip to the bottom and pass it on.

1. Wear comfy clothing when you’re shopping. You don’t wanna fuss with too many laces and buttons when you’re trying clothes on. http://rinnah-marketplace.blogspot.com/

2. When buying pants or jeans, try to try them on with a pair of heels so you know its the right length. If you don’t and wear it with heels later, you might find that it hangs at an awkward length. http://www.all-aboutshopping.com/

3. Don’t just buy a designer brand because everyone has it or just to show it off. The best way of dressing is how to make a 50 bucks outfit looks like it worth more than 500 bucks. My Fashion World

4. Don’t wait until sales if you really like that particular piece of dress or shoes, as your size could be sold out sooner than you realized. Just buy if you really like it, cause there is nothing much we can do once it’s gone, especially when you shopping abroad. Everyday health and beauty

5. Don't care what brands they are, as long as they look good on me i will buy it, even is cheap stuff. http://annie-q.blogspot.com/

6. I’ll just buy the thing when I need, usually is late minute shopping. http://sylviahoo.blogspot.com/

7. Don't always must go for the latest fashion in the market , if it's doesn't suit you and doesn't look nice on you, don't follow. http://www.eiggna.blogspot.com/

8. Always check the expiry date of the food stuff that you buy. If it’s going to expire soon (for those with normal shelf life of a few years), it's probably not very fresh. http://mdmsaw.blogspot.com/

9. Prepare a list of what you plan to buy before you leave the house, especially when you have a young child along... http://magicalmilestone.blogspot.com/

10.~Never go food shopping with an empty stomach you'll end up spending money three times more,
~Never try clothes on that you can't afford to buy...http://www.unchainedmelody.co.uk/
~ End copy ~
So if you would like to add your own best shopping tips to this this and Tag anyone else that would be great.

The Iphone that blew up during unlock attempt.

I have been reading that apparently lots of people from different parts of the world have found ways to unlock there Iphones so that they can be used on different networks.

The first person to successfully Unlock an Iphone was a 17 years old called George Hotz from New Jersey in the U.S., he then swapped his unlocked Iphone for a car (Nissan 350Z) and three other locked Iphones, after he had problems selling it on Ebay his blog is here
Mr Hotz blog,

But it appears not everybody has been able to unlock there Iphone successfully, apparently there was one attempt that went horribly wrong, and during the the unlock process the Iphone went up in puff of smoke, The picture below pretty much tells the story of the demise of the poor Iphone
After it happened they left comments on a forum about it,
“We were so happy, all the software part was done, so we started opening the Iphone. The antenna cover was a bit tricky but eventually it came off. Then we started to open the metal cover (after taking out the 3 screws) and PUFF, up it went in smoke, I think my colleague must have touched something. It literally went up in black smoke. I was so hot that when I tried to pick it up I burnt my fingers. So, this is for sure the most difficult part of the whole process. I don’t know what he did, as I had just stepped out of the room to fetch something when I heard a scream…they got such a fright.”

Soon they will probably be unlocking the Iphone for next to nothing, so unless you are very brave its probably best not to open an Iphone and play around.

It's not just Fred Flintstone that has a wooden car

Many of you have probably seen the cartoon The Flintstones were Fred Flintstone has a wooden car that he drives with his feet,

However one man from the Ukraine took this a step further and has made his own real wooden car, he is obviously a man of vision but And apparently, he is also a man of double vision as he has built it as two cars in one,
One half is a topless old fashion style and the other half seem to be a more modern style that looks to me a bit like a Mercedes,

It must of took so much time and work to build but apparently the man who made it called Vasily Lazarenko can only very occasionally take the car out for a drive as the wooden vehicle isn't registered.
I wonder how many miles he gets per gallon it must be really heavy.

The top 10 most used passwords .. if yours is there better get changing passwords.

I was reading lately on how it seems the average users are using less and less secure passwords online, and there was also a list of the top 10 most used passwords,
lucky none of my passwords are in the list but it might be worth you checking to see if yours are.
The thing is I can see why this problem is happening years ago all you would have to remember is your phone number,
if you had a phone at home and then when the banks brought out cash point machines your card pin, and that was it. (oh apart from maybe your name)

But now with the Internet it really seems like you have to enter anther password every two minutes, there is online banking signing in for email accounts passwords for blogs etc, ect, ect.
and your told never to right them down anywhere so you have to keep all that information floating round in your head,
So unless you have a photographic memory or the brain of Elbert Einstein,

it starts to become harder and harder to remember all that information,
but with the amount of online fraud there is now it really is best to go far a secure one,

even if you have to get it reset if you forget it,

So here are the 10 most common passwords
(I just knew that 'password' was going to be there as a password)

Top 10 Most Common Passwords

  • 10. Thomas

  • 9. arsenal

  • 8. monkey

  • 7. charlie

  • 6. qwerty

  • 5. 123456

  • 4. letmein

  • 3. liverpool

  • 2. password

  • 1. 123

So if you were in the top 10 better get changing those passwords!
Oh and I'm sure I don't need to say this but please don't leave any of your passwords in the comments :-)

World's most expensive mobile phone - $1.3 million US

If you are stupidly rich and need a new phone and you need a new mobile phone why not buy yourself the Ancort phone above it's a bargain :-) at only $1.3 million US
JSC Ancort is a Russian company that teamed with celebrity jeweller Peter Aloisson to create the unbelievable expensive version of Swiss Crypto Telecommunication Security’s Crypto Smart telephone and with the price tag of $1.3 MILLON it is the world’s most expensive mobile phone.
Apart from having gold and diamonds stuck all over it apparently the phones main selling point seem to be it's security features for mobile phone privacy, the solid platinum Crypto Smartphone uses a symmetric 256 bit cryptographic algorithm and Windows CE operating system. In addition to the platinum body, the Ancort logo and the navigation key are made of 18 carat rose gold, as is the navigation key which also carries 28 round cut diamonds.

So what else do you get? The phone also comes with a Connolly leather carrying case with platinum trimmings and lock and hand made macassar ebony presentation box with beige suede leather lining again with platinum trimmings and lock. When the box is opened, it plays music and the music can be changed to the client’s choice.
Space has been reserved on the phone and leather pouch for personalization with the company logo or client’s name and initials.
So if you have the cash lying around you can get a phone that could have feed a whole village of starving children for the rest of there lives,

But if your a bit strapped for cash and need to buy a cheap little phone just to keep you going :-)
you could just buy this Nokia N95 it's 18 carat solid white gold, and comes with 325 diamonds embedded in the case.
This cheap little phone will only cost you £12,000 $24.000 US to purchase (without contract) your N95 will also receive a year’s free concierge service, You get a limited edition number it gets personalised with your initials and you get year’s free address book back up.
it was released by a company called Amosu.
maybe if I'm very good Santa will bring me one of these phones for Christmas :-) but the first thing I would do is sell it! I wonder how much they would give me at the local pawn shop.
